At Referant Watches, we are committed to ensuring that every customer receives an authentic, high-quality timepiece. Because our watches are sourced through trusted partners and handled with strict quality control, returns and refunds are limited to specific, fair situations.
This policy outlines when refunds or returns may apply and how to request one.
1. Eligibility for Refunds or Returns
Refunds or returns may be considered only in the following situations:
a. Wrong Item Received
If you receive a different model, color, or strap than what you ordered.
b. Damaged or Defective Item on Arrival
If your watch arrives with a visible manufacturing defect or damage occurring before delivery.
c. Non-Delivery
If your order was not delivered after confirmed shipping and all delivery investigations are complete.
d. Authenticity Concerns
If there is verified proof that the item received is not authentic.
These are the only valid grounds for refunds or returns.
2. Situations Not Eligible for Refunds
We do not offer refunds or returns in cases of:

Preference for another model after delivery

Wear, scratches, or damage occurring after successful delivery

Signs of tampering, resizing, or third-party repairs

Missing packaging, warranty cards, or accessories
All items must remain in their original, unused condition to qualify for review.
3. Return & Refund Process
To request a return or refund:

Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

If approved, we will provide return instructions.
Returned items must include all original packaging, manuals, tags, and accessories.
4. Inspection & Approval
Once we receive the item:

The product will be inspected by our verification team.

If the claim is validated, your refund will be approved.

If the item is found to be used, altered, or damaged after delivery, the claim will be declined.
5. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within:
7–10 business days
(Processing time may vary based on your bank.)
6. Shipping Costs

If the issue is our fault (wrong or damaged item), we cover return shipping.

If the item is returned but the claim is not approved, shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
7. Warranty Support
Some watches may include a manufacturer warranty.
Warranty claims are handled according to the watch brand’s official terms and do not qualify as refunds.
